Want, want, want...

L-R: Sunglasses £16 River Island, Skort £25.99 Zara, Ring £3.99 H&M, Bag £39.99 Zara, Dress £38 Topshop, Jumper £29.99 H&M, Shoes £28 Topshop.

After a day spent in the office watching thunderstorms and insane amounts of rain out of the window I thought I'd do a bit of online 'window shopping' and share my findings.

I have wanted a Zara skort for sooo long now, even though anyone and everyone seems to have one in every colour I still haven't been deterred. Last time I went to Zara they had it in white but unfortunately the one in my size had a broken zip so it wasn't meant to be!
If I still haven't got one by payday I am heading straight to
The Topshop Marple flats are another thing I've had my eye on for a while, I seem to be living in some trusty brown Urban Outfitters loafers that I got a while ago in the sale and these black beauties seem to be the perfect replacement. If only money grew on trees...

My week in pictures...

The past week has been pretty hectic to say the least...

I moved to Manchester last Sunday and started my new job as an official graduate on Monday so it's been pretty go, go, go!
Ofcourse, in my opinion the only way to prevent stress is to combat it with some retail therapy! So inbetween daily commutes, unpacking and house hunting I've managed to squeeze in a couple of trips to the wonderful shops of Manchester, the only down point to my week was the realisation that Zara is closed until September for renovations - working wonders for my bank balance.

Top to Bottom: Catch up in Wagamamas, firecracker chicken, lunch in M&S, having a break, 21st present, house hunting, my dream car, new shoes from Primark, kimono from H&M, dress from H&M.

Where to begin?

As an avid shopper and a lover of all things fashion I've always wanted to start my own blog but after a couple of feeble attempts I quickly realised a blog takes time and dedication.
So, after graduating from Uni I've finally escaped the world of essays, deadlines and exams - leaving me with a good chunk of time to fill with blog writing.

Ultimate Joy is going to be dedicated to everything I love - from clothes to shopping to make-up, with a bit of everything inbetween.
